PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Goal for the project was to create elements in contrast to the ‘typical’ car dealership
- Final concept based on an old industrial factory, which included a smoke stack, water tower, gable roof with clerestory windows, and a spacious, open interior
- Plan laid out open ‘cubicles’ exposed to the steel trusses above
- Won 2004 Design Award for Concept Design (AIA Awards of Akron)
