Project Description
Since most residents will only stay for a few weeks, the emphasis was to create a residential environment. The interior design services provided an emphasis on blending renovation with the existing nursing home facility
The 4,280 sf Interior renovation/addition included 14 beds, nurses station, physical therapy room, spa, staff break room, laundry facilities, and building support. This renovation created a separate short-term care wing with an expanded physical therapy area.
Despite the fact that resident rooms are “semi-private,” each resident has their own window, heating controls, and personal privacy.
