Project Description
A building study was conducted to determine the required building improvements, building addition size and construction budget. With the results of the study, cost estimates and a multiple phase construction schedule for the proposed 8,500 sf addition/renovation project was developed.
The new addition houses classrooms and meeting spaces for community use. The interior renovations included all locker room facilities, the gymnasium, and the natatorium spaces.
Throughout this project, SoL Harris/Day gained working knowledge of the Tuscarawas County building department and local contractors.
