Project Description
A space program and design was developed for a new 43,000 sf community recreational facility based on National YMCA standards for Jackson Township.
The features included a 5,100 sf workout facility, a two-court gym, a 6-lane lap pool with diving board and whirlpool, a 2,100 sf aerobics studio, and a multipurpose room.
This structure was designed to expand in three directions to include a future recreation pool and rock climbing wall.
