Project Description
To start the 7,500 sf addition/renovation, a building study was conducted to determine the required building improvements, building addition size, and construction budget. The findings of this study included interior renovations to all locker room facilities, an expansion of the whirlpool area to improve circulation, and renovations to the restrooms.
In order to add aesthetic appeal to the existing dark corridors, new entries were created to all locker rooms, and the interiors were redesigned to accomodate a lounge seating area with plasma tv’s.
