Project Description
Diebold’s main corporate offices have evolved from an original warehouse, followed by two large additions accommodating limited lab,
research facilities and a central commons area connecting the old and new.
With entry into the highly technical markets, the facilities needed more space that incorporated a high-tech image and an environment to enhance employee productivity. Thus, a new façade was designed and attached over the existing face of the buildings to provide better wall insulation and more windows for employees. A new three-story corporate office addition and a model shop were the last two phases built.
Harris/Day acted as the construction manager, overseeing all aspects of the building development for this 100,000+ sf project.
