Project Description
The rapidly expanding business of ASC Industries dictated that they needed to double the size of their existing plant and office space. With this in mind, they decided on a new two-story, 86,500 sf light-infused space that was designed for use by the new engineering staff. The layout of the new offices allows daylight into 100% of the work environment and allows for collaboration by multiple engineers in casual conference areas.
The addition to the plant facilities incorporated multiple high windows to take advantage of natural light to lessen utility costs and increase productivity.
